My name is Grant Klinefelter. I hail from the great state of Iowa, have spent the past four years in Chicago, and currently reside in Iowa as I prepare to move to Germany as a missionary. I am passionate about Jesus, the Church, traveling, photography, and writing. This blog exists to give you a slight view into these passions and hopefully encourage you to live more like Jesus.

The name of the blog is taken from Proverbs 6:21 which says, “Bind them always on your heart; fasten them around your neck.”  This verse is from a passage where Solomon is writing to encourage his son to not get caught up in the things the world offers but instead to bind his heart to God.

To have a heart bound to God is to live a life that looks like Jesus. And that is my goal: that as I pursue Christ, He would continue to change my heart to be molded more and more like His.
